Homeownership Opportunity Grants for Orangeburg County School District Employees
Palmetto Citizens has committed $250,000 to Orangeburg County School District teachers and staff to assist with the purchase of a home.
Palmetto Citizens began as an educators' credit union and over 87 years later, we're still committed to those roots and to the teachers and school employees serving students across our community.
We're excited to announce our Palmetto Citizens Homeownership Opportunity Grants for teachers and staff of Orangeburg County School District! We're committing $250,000 to OCSD employees to help cover the down payment and closing costs when they purchase a home. These grants will provide up to $15,000 to an OCSD employee when they finance a new mortgage with Palmetto Citizens.
