Your New Digital Banking Coming Soon

We're putting finishing touches and doing additional testing to make sure your transition to our new online and mobile banking experience will be smooth and as seamless as possible. We're excited to introduce you to this new system and will be announcing the new launch date very soon.

What You Need to Know to Log In for the First Time:

  • Current users will keep their same username, but all letters must be lowercase. To verify your username in our current system, log in and select 'Settings' from the menu and choose the 'Security' tab.
  • Using our website's homepage (you can't use the new app to log in for the first time), log in with your current username and password. You'll then be asked to verify your identity, select a new password, and select your security questions and answers.
  • After you've logged in using our website, you'll download our new app. Our current one will no longer provide access to your accounts.
  • Once completed, you'll have access to great new features, such as a more easy-to-use interface, credit score information, more alert options, and greater security.


Other Important Things to Note:
This enhancement will provide a much more user-friendly experience. While this will be a big improvement over our current system, there are a few things you may need to re-establish or will be different with this new system:

  • Scheduled Transfers & Loan Payments: Any transfers or loan payments you've set up previously between accounts at Palmetto Citizens will continue to occur, however they will not display within the "Pending Transfers" listing within the new system. You DO NOT need to establish these recurring transactions again. To edit a previously scheduled transfer after the new system is launched, you'll need to contact us for assistance.
  • Text & Email Alerts: Any alerts you've set up in our current system will no longer be active once we launch the new one. Our new system will have more alert options for you, but you'll need to set them up in the new system.
  • Member to Member Transfers: If you've saved other Palmetto Citizens members in your online/mobile banking to make transfers to, these will not be visible in the new system. You'll need to set these up again if you'd like to transfer to other members (maximum of 10).
  • Additional Security Protections: With the new system, each time you log in through the website, you'll be required to receive an email or text one time password, or answer your security questions, to access your account. Using the app, you can set up facial or fingerprint recognition to bypass these steps. These security measures are to help protect you and your accounts from fraud.


Is Your Contact Information Up to Date?
As we get closer, we'll be communicating with you to ensure you know everything you need to log in and access all the great features you'll have available to you. To make sure we have your current contact information, please take a moment to verify we have your correct mailing address, phone number, and email address next time you log into online/mobile banking or visit a branch.
