Your new
way to pay.

Your card is on the way. At this time, all debit and credit cards have been mailed to replace your current card(s). You will receive an email stating "Your card is heading your way", followed by an email asking to confirm receipt of your new card(s) once they arrive.


Your card is delivered. Once your card is delivered, please activate upon receipt. You can verify your connected account with your new card by logging into digital banking, selecting your account, viewing your account details above your transaction listing and confirming the last 4 digits of your new card number within "Cards Linked to Your Account". Your current card number should also be displayed, this will verify which card is being replaced.

To activate, simply call the number listed on the sticker or follow the instructions mailed with your new card. You will be prompted to keep your current PIN number or create a new PIN number for the card you are activating. Once activated, you are now able to use your new card at ATMs or anywhere Visa is accepted. Be sure to update your payment information with any companies you've set up recurring payments with once activated.

NOTE: Activating your new debit and/or credit card will automatically deactivate your current cards. Please take precaution for any bill payments, purchases or transactions that will utilize your current cards before activating your new one.


Your card is in your wallet. When you activate your new cards, your current cards will automatically be deactivated. This means your current cards will no longer work in your mobile wallet, and should be replaced with your new ones.
