With Palmetto Citizens free eStatement service, you receive your account statement faster than traditional mail, are protected by the latest security measures and help preserve the environment.

All eStatement users will automatically be entered into a special drawing to receive one of four $500 cash prizes! Simply enroll in eStatements by logging into your account online or with our app and choosing 'eStatements' from the menu by June 30, 2021 and you will be automatically entered into the drawing (current subscribers are already entered). Benefits of eStatements

To enroll in eStatements, or to view your eStatements, log into your account online or with our app and choose 'eStatements' from the menu. Please note, you must enroll in online/mobile banking to access eStatements.

Once enrolled in eStatements, we will send you a notification when your new statement is ready. Then simply log into your account to view, print or save your eStatement. With this free service, you have:

  • Faster access to your statement online or with our app.
  • 18 months of archives.
  • Protection by the latest security measures.

If you have already enrolled, you can log into your account online or with our app and choose 'eStatements' from the menu to view your eStatements, change your notification settings or un-enroll in this service and return to paper mailed statements.

Additional eStatement Details

To increase security and provide a more convenient way to access your statements online, as of 3/1/2020, eStatements can only be found within online and mobile banking. With our eStatement service, you are be able to:

  • Easily access eStatements through online banking and our app.
  • View mortgage statements.
  • Update the email address(es) and/or phone number(s) where you wish to receive notification when your eStatement is ready to view.
  • Enroll (or un-enroll) in eStatements through online or mobile banking.


  • Members enrolled in eStatements AND online/mobile banking have their notification email sent to the email address associated with their online/mobile banking login.
  • For members enrolled in eStatements (prior to 3/1/2020) but NOT enrolled in online/mobile banking, you will continue to have your notification email sent to the same address as was used previously for eStatements. However, in order to access your eStatement, you will need to first enroll in online/mobile banking.
  • Log into your account online or with our app and choose 'eStatements' from the menu then select 'Recipients' to update or change the email address(es) and/or mobile phone number(s) where you would like to be notified when a new eStatement is available.

When you first access your eStatement though online/mobile banking, you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this service.

In addition to the enhanced security and easier accessibility, you will continue to receive your statements faster than traditional mail and have access to an 18 month archive of past statements. As always, you can choose to cancel this service at anytime and return to mailed paper statements at no charge. To do so, simply log into your account, choose 'eStatements' from the menu and then select 'Cancel Services'.
